The Fine Print

Our Verdict
Should be an easy $33 $48 moneymaker – this is the best we’ve ever seen. The offer is erroring out for me, presumably because I did a Gillette deal in the past. No need to subscribe, you can simply make a one-time purchase and that should trigger the offer too.
- Bear in mind that some people end up having problems either with the portal tracking or with Swagbucks deactivating their account for reasons which aren’t clear, so keep the risks in mind.

Has anyone successfully contacted customer support to get the 5500 points after the points not initially posting? How do you initiate it and what did you say in your message? The 5500 point offer link is now dead…
Got rejected by SBs because I did this deal back in 2017.
Well. I used the Swagbucks link, and purchased, but Swagbucks doesn’t show my 5500 pending… What should I do? They don’t seem to have customer support at all…
Wait 32 days. Set yourself a reminder. Then send an email to customer support. Per their T&Cs, your e-mail must be sent between days 32 and 46, otherwise they will not help you. If you jump though all the hoops, there is a pretty good chance they will add the points manually for you.

+1. Even get the unavailable message before I login. That tells me its dead again.
It asks me to verify my phone #. Way too intrusive for my taste
After completing the offer will it show up as pending right away or even within 24 hours? I signed up and completed the offer yesterday but it doesn’t register anywhere on the site yet.
In my case, I got an email right after I completed it yesterday:
“Thanks for discovering a great deal at Swagbucks! We see you made a transaction through Swagbucks for Gillette On Demand Purchase valued at 5,500 SB. We wanted to let you know that your SB are pending until March 02, 2019.”
The subject line is “Your SB are on the way”
I made two orders last night.
First one was Swagbucks. Then through a newly opened MyPoints account.
I received email confirmation from Swagbucks right away, but the order has not shipped as of today.
While with MyPoints I received no email from them, but Gillette tells me that the order has shipped.
Odd.
Bingo, got the pending 5500 SB points and Gillette order confirmed too. NOW How do i get the $55 for 5500 SB points i will get?

The other day it showed offer unavailable, but today it worked for me. I see the pending points on swagbucks.
Got the email for this offer & clicked on link & was showing for me earlier today. Now I had a minute to do it & I keep getting “Offer unavailable You may not be eligible for this offer, may have already completed it, or the offer has expired”
