Deal has ended, view more Swagbucks deals by clicking here.

The Offer

Direct Link to offer

  • Become a new subscriber to Sun Basket meal delivery and get $35 off your first order, plus earn 6,000 SB ($60). You need to remain subscribed for two orders to be eligible for the 6,000SB.
  • There’s also a targeted AmEx Offer to get $25 back when you make a single purchase of $50+ through February 22, 2021. You can get the credit twice.
    • Note: others are seeing a lower offer of just $10 off $50.
    • Others mention a 10% discount via Chase Offer which can be an alternative for someone who doesn’t have the AmEx Offer.

The Fine Print

  • SB will appear as Pending for 60 days.
  • Must stay subscribed to receive at least 2 orders to earn SB.
  • This offer is only available to new SunBasket customers/subscribers.
  • Must submit valid name, address, credit card and other subscription information to earn SB.
  • This offer can not be combined with other promo codes or coupons.
  • Offer may only be redeemed once (1) per user.
  • This offer is presented to you by Swagbucks on behalf of a third-party merchant or sponsor (“Merchant”). Swagbucks does not endorse (and therefore is not responsible to you for) the Merchant’s views, policies, products or services. Have questions? Please contact the Swagbucks Help Center. If you are not credited within 60 days of offer completion, you have 14 days to contact the Swagbucks Help Center for further investigation. Help Center tickets submitted after the 14 day grace period are not eligible for further investigation and SB.

Our Verdict

The lowest subscription of 2 meals/2 people could be around $30, as I understand, which means that after two orders you can hopefully roughly breakeven with the $60 credit. That’s even without the AmEx Offer.

If you have the targeted AmEx Offer (I can’t seem to find it, personally), then you can do much better by doing two orders of around $50 each. You’ll end up paying just $25 for each order after the AmEx credit, so the cost will be around $50 for the two orders, and you’ll get $60 back from Swagbucks for a $10 moneymaker + $100 of food. It’ll probably be hard to get the math exact, but should be a good deal, regardless. Just be aware that the AmEx deal expires on February 22.

Didn’t get my 6000 sb credit after 95 days, sent a ticket and got a auto reply about reviewing within 10 business days.

Let us know if you are successful with this ticket. The T&Cs say one must submit a ticket at the 60 day mark within 14 days.

I am trying to start a ticket with Swagbuck but the order number can’t be found anymore, does anyone know where it’s located?

Called Sunbasket and they said they do not use order numbers, so I put the receipt date in the SB claim. Still no personal response from SB about the ticket. They sent 2 x prewritten responses. Will send a message every week until they resolve the ticket.

I sent a ticket and they replied and ask me to wait 62-92 days. Lol

Looks like they reply to everyone with an auto-generated response of 62-92 days. By extending the payout, this improves their cash flow. Still waiting for the 6,000 SBs payout.

One issue with the 14 day window for submitting a ticket is when one is traveling outside the US. SB will freeze your account if you attempt to login outside the US or try to use a VPN.

If you previously opened a ticket and received their reply like “please wait until 60 days…”, u could just reply to their email. At least that’s what I did, and I saw my email content showing up in the open ticket section of my sb account.

Swagbucks never posted the 6,000 SBs, so I filed a ticket today. They need a class action lawsuit so they get their act together. Anyone else have the 6,000 SBs post successfully without having to file a ticket?

The 6,000 SBs posted after submitting a ticket and multiple emails. Good luck!

Got the full 6000 SBs a day after opening a ticket. It’s frustrating that I have to do this every time, but I guess as long as I keep getting full credit….

Contacted SB and within 24 hours they had credited me. FWIW I had the order tracked so there was that “pending” mark next to it in my visited history.

Now to get SB to credit my other three outstanding tickets…sigh.

Not for me

Not for me, either. The pending points just simply disappeared. Then, I contacted the Support Team of Swagbucks. They said that I need to wait for 60 days. If I still do no get the points, I need to send them a picture of the order that I received with a shipping label. The issue is, I have already through the box away…

+1 – hoping like others it’s a glitch, as it still shows pending under visited. Since others have been told to wait for 60 days, I guess that’s what I’ll do. At least I got my two Amex credits.
