T-Mobile Offers Subscribers Free MLB.TV Premium Subscription and At Bat App ($139 value)

The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • T-Mobile will be giving it’s customers a free season-long subscription to MLB.TV Premium ($118.99 value) plus MLB.com At Bat Premium ($19.99 value)
This offer can be redeemed on March 26 through April 1. It’s part of T-Mobile Tuesdays and will require the T-Mobile Tuesday’s app.

The Fine Print

  • Limited-time offer; subject to change.
  • For T-Mobile customers only.
  • Must access T-Mobile Tuesdays and sign up for MLB.TV between 3/26/19 at 5 a.m. ET and 4/1/19 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
  • Free subscription to MLB.TV expires on February 28, 2020.
  • Must be connected to T-Mobile’s network to sign up; redemption not available over Wi-Fi or while roaming.
  • New 2018 MLB.TV subscribers only; current subscribers must cancel by 8:00 p.m. ET on March 22, 2019, to be eligible.
  • Access from max 10 devices; not for use on other carriers’ wireless devices.
  • Blackout and other restrictions apply. Sharing of accounts is prohibited
  • At Bat Premium App: Premium season subscription at no additional costs. Available at Google Play or Apple App Store. Compatible device required. Additional in-app purchases not included.

Our Verdict

They offered the same last year. We’ll repost this on March 26th when it goes live, be sure to catch this while it’s live. Last year it was apparently possible to give away your membership to someone else (signup will have to be done over TMobile network), I assume it’ll be the same this time.

If you did the deal with last year’s T-Mobile offer, your subscription will expire on February 28th, I believe, which means you will be eligible to get this deal. If you bought a subscription, make sure it ends before March 23 to be able to get in on this deal, as per the fine print.

Gotta love T-mobile for the free extra’s even more so if your a baseball fan. Was even able to use my subscription with Roku channel. (but not a big enough fan to pony up the $140 otherwise – but was a nice perk -sadly no playoff games were included ).

Brad

Hopefully they let you give it to someone else again. I’d trade an Amazon GC for an account for all you non-baseball fans out there.

I know DoC has been cautious about allowing payments for this sort of thing via the comments, but I’d be very happy to trade an Amazon gc for it.

William Charles

Usually MLB terminates accounts if you trade as you need to use t-mobile wireless to access it. Plus it’s impossible to enforce these sorts of trades

FWiW last year 100% of the games we watched were over VPN from home internet connection using chrome, not on a T-Mobile network.

William Charles

Interesting, thanks!

Please stop, It’s against the rules to do this here.

For those of you who do go this route… at least be sure that you only watch on wifi or an MVNO that uses TMO’s towers.

Can you sign up for T-mobile now and still get this, or did you have to be signed up on Tuesday?

Is this for all T-mobile subscribers or only postpaid? Can I get the $3 prepaid SIM for a month, get the free MLB.TV with it then cancel?

William Charles

postpaid only AFAIK

Prepaid plans also qualify for it, even Simple choice plans

Nope, pay as you go plans ($3 prepaid plan counts as PAYG) don’t qualify for T-mobile tuesdays

I have a prepaid account and am eligible for TMobile Tuesdays.

Maz

Prepaid is okay, just not pay-as-you-go. I have a PAYG line and it is not eligible.

I’ve got the legacy pre-paid $30 Walmart plan and they let me signup.

Mark

SWEET! I love my Tmobile!

Is there a way to route to subscription through my Vizio smart TV? Last year, I tried to route it through my Google Chromecast to my TV, but the app on my phone seemed wise to it and wouldn’t let it broadcast through the Chromecast.

This is a great deal! (Obviously). We watch a couple games a week, so it’s worth lots of value for us.

I was able to sign up over WiFi without issue.

I will take few months of sling tv instead! Totally useless since I don’t watch this fake cricket thing boring sport called baseball! Is it baseball? So I will trade

That fake cricket thing boring sport called baseball have the higher guarantee paid players ever (even more than Messy) and it’s one of the oldest one in America, if you don’t like it is ok but its not a fake cricket sport, anyways you will be better going back to your sling tv and i will enjoy the 2019 season for free.

for some reason the sign up for this is not showing up in my Tmobile Tuesdays app. Anyone else experiencing this?

Quiet Lion
Quiet Lion

Yes. However, I was able to get it through the web site. https://www.t-mobiletuesdays.com

Jimmy G

I can’t seem to find the mlb.tv subscription. I can get a free taco, 10 cents off shell, and I can enter for tickets to the all-star game. Am I missing something?

Same. I look forward to this every year but the offer is not showing up for me. Does anyone have any insight?

“You will not find it in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app due to offer terms.” You have to access it on https://www.t-mobiletuesdays.com/

I also did not see it in the app, but this link worked for me. Thanks!

It was in my app.

It might only be on your primary account holder’s line, if you have multiple lines.

Jimmy G

Ah, I needed to login via the website vice the app. All good now.

I am willing to trade/amazon/Venmo for a code! I was able to do this last year as well.

Jonathan
Jonathan

If allowed by Doc, will “trade” you mine as I don’t watch baseball enough.

Last year I setup an MLB account for someone and gave them the username and password and they sent me an Amazon gift card. Not sure if it was here or SD.

I’ve redeemed this offer on my phone in the past but no go so far.

The offer doesn’t show for me on my T-Mobile Tuesday app, but it does show on the Tuesday website. However, when I sign in to redeem, it says “I can’t play right now.” so I still can’t redeem. Was on the phone with T-Mobile for an hour and they say multiple callers have not been able to redeem and Tmobile is updating their back end.

You figure they would be ready for their biggest promo of the year

Were you signing in with the main line on the account? I believe it’s primary accountholder’s line only.
