Has anyone gotten their second grubhub coupon? (for those that were new users). I got the first one, and my GrubHub+ renewed 2 days ago, but I have not yet gotten the monthly coupon

Grubhub $10 is only for pickup. Very deceptive/shady.
Can the $10 off $20 Grubhub+ promo code be used on both pickup and delivery orders? Can it be used in conjunction with the $10 off pickup orders with Grubhub+?
I have free Grubhub+ from Instacart. I pressed the Redeem button in the T-mobile Tuesdays app and it went to a page that mentioned $9.99 per month. i pressed Activate on that page, and it said I get $10 off. I immediately got an email with a code for $10 off $20. And I don’t think it charged me; I’m still on the free membership until Feb 2023. So the $10 discount for existing customers seems to have worked.
I got the same notification, but no email ever came.
