Our Verdict

Sometimes these offers can be triggered by generic AT&T purchases, not sure that will work this time or not but might be worth a try if you have other AT&T products anyway. Share your experiences in the comments below.

I can confirm that paying without signing in works for this deal. Paid my personal fiber account. Posted as AT&T HSIA BUS E-EVR.

I added this offer to my Business Gold on 2/5 and then immediately made a payment on my AT&T Business Fiber service.

I logged into AMEX today to see if I received the credit. Not only hasn’t a credit posted, but the offer no longer shows in the “Added to card” section and no longer appears in the list of available offers.

I am 100% sure I added the offer, so something is up. Does anyone else who added it to their card still see it?

I have certainly seen AMEX pull offers before after they hit x number of redemptions, but I’ve never had the experience of them pulling an offer once I’d already added it to my card.

I still see it on my card. I have not tried to use it yet. Did it maybe move from the “Added” section to the “Savings” section?

Thank you. Yep, you are right–it was in the Savings tab. A day after I posted my message, the $50 credit showed up.

Does anybody have a DP if this Amex or Chase/BoA offers for AT&T fiber also works for AT&T wireless payments?

The Chase offer worked for me when I did two payments of $40 on two different days for an existing wireless service account

I have unified billing so it codes as wireless… literally never actually goes through for me

ATT Fiber deals don’t code for me anymore but if you get a wireless deal they code.
