Our Verdict
Doesn’t seem to be any sort of gift card restrictions in the fine print. Sam’s Club sells third party gift cards, so could be an easy way to make the most out of this offer.

If one has a authorized user card and separate logins for primary card and authorized user does adding it on AU account make primary account ineligible?
No.
I haven’t (yet) received the targeted e-mail, but I did log in and find this offer on my Blue Sky card.
Hopefully it works for GC orders shipped to home.

It makes it sound like it’s for curbside only.
There are mixed messages about this. The terms say: “Offer valid online via US website only at Samsclub.com, curbside pick up orders placed online and via Sam’s Club mobile app (excluding the Scan and Go app).”
I might try a Sam’s Club gift card and see what happens. If I do, I’ll post the result here.
