Best use is normal purchases as always. Remember to go through a portal to get an additional 7% cash back (gift cards excluded). You can resell Walmart.com gift cards for 90% of facevalue (you can find their own branded gift cards here), you’d be making $5 per card you have this on. They also sell a wide variety of third party gift cards found here. Personally I think the deal is best just used for the Walmart gift card reselling angle or for Walmart purchases themselves, 20% off on other gift cards is nice but they don’t get much more valuable than Walmart in my opinion.
