Our Verdict
This is obviously a terrific offer for most people. No luck for me on this one. AT&T users should be able to even double dip and get $100 off $175 + 20% back, if you find both offers on the same card.

AMEX Open Business SimplyCash card had 20% back up to $50. Most of my other cards had 10% up to $10.
DP: Received on BCE. Card is ~5 years old, recently putting about $500/mo on it. Also received the cell phone bill offer on this card in April.

Got the 10% on personal DL, paid $100 towards my AT&T wireless bill and got immediate email notification offer used.
I got the 20% offer (on a business card), and the 10% offer (on a personal card). I’m assuming that the different percentages mean that they’re different offers, so that I can use both. (Also, they have different POIDs)
Still not targeted. Three business. All cards personal and business are devoid of any offers today.

Just tried it on ATT U verse internet. No Congrats email from ATT. Will see…
My wife received the 10% for $10 on Cash Magnet card. Oh well, I will take it!
