Our Verdict

Previous best recent targeted bonus was 55,000 + 25,000 bonus, so this is an extra 25,000 points. There is some datapoints to suggest that these targeted offers can bypass the 5/24 rule, but it’s by no means a guarantee. This is a pretty great offer (standard offer on this card seems to be 55,000 now, although sometimes only at 45,000 points), if you can meet the hefty $25,000 spend requirement. Before applying, make sure you read these things everybody should know about Chase credit cards.

This seems to be open to anyone right now, not just targeted:

Does just adding the authorized user and additional spending on the card trigger the bonus? The Chase authorized user (AU) cards have the same card numbers and CVV numbers as the original. Or does the AU physical card need to be used?

I’m pretty sure AU’s spending works towards the bonus.

If you receive the invite would that bypass the 5/24 rule?
