Our Verdict
Easy win here. It seems the $10 offer is being sent out on cash cards (Double Cash and Dividend), the $30 offer on ThankYou cards. No luck for me on either.
Made 3 e-gift card purchases of $30 each just before Thanksgiving. Just received $30 credit when my Citi statement closed on 12/12/17. I did receive the targeted email and my Citi card was not linked to Paypal before the offer.
Nothing for me – have ThankYou Preferred.

Think this will work for gift cards from PPDG?
I got the offer on Prestige, Premier and Double Cash. My question is can I use it on all three?
If it was 3 separate emails for 3 cards, I’d assume it’ll work on each one separately.
I received the 3/$30 for my DoubleCash. I linked the card, then I bought three $30 gift cards through Best Buy, and paid with PayPal at checkout. Hopefully this will work.
I received the $30 offer on my Double Cash card.

I have never really used PayPal for anything but eBay purchases. Is there an easy practical way to spend $30?
