The Fine Print
- While supplies last, purchase USD $250 in Delta Gift Cards by going to http://promo.giftcards.delta.com (the “Promotional website”) starting 4/29/19 and receive a $25 Nordstrom eGift card with your qualifying Delta Gift Card purchase.
- Eligible customers will earn one bonus Nordstrom eGift card per $250 purchase in Delta Gift Cards.
- The customer will receive a unique promo code that must be entered on the Promotional website in order to be opted into the promotion.
- Bonus gift card will be emailed to eligible purchaser separately from the Delta Gift Card, to purchaser’s email address listed at time of purchase.
Our Verdict
This won’t trigger American Express travel credits unfortunately, not sure if it triggers the statement credits offered as a sign up bonus on the Delta cards or not unfortunately.

Because it codes as cashstar and not Delta, always happy to provide clarity but sometimes it’s just a lot of repeating. I assumed most people would just need to know it doesn’t trigger the credit, rather than why. That being said I’m always happy to clarify in the comments if requested.

For the platinum card, wouldn’t you be able to buy 5*$50 worth of gift cards and get the $200 credit and $25 nordstrom gift card?
