I HATE topcashback.com for cheating its users! Sometime you honor your promise sometimes you don’t. For any entrepreneur to succeed one essential thing is trustworthiness. Topcashback.com shrugged responsibility off its shoulder by denying its members any kind of customer service. Despicable.
Lost cash back and the $5 Topcashback shopping bonus last month because Walmart apparently decided not to pay on a purchase because it included non eligible food items which is BS since I did make a $17 eligible purchase in the order – had to make a $15 purchase for the $5 TCB bonus. I’ve opened a claim even though TCB says they can’t or won’t investigate Walmart for declined purchases. TCB should do the right thing and pay me the $5 bonus because I can provide proof that I did meet the purchase requirement even though Walmart declined the overall purchase.
