The Fine Print

  • This promotion is available to select TopCashback members only. During this promotion members are able to receive an additional $2.50 cash back when the below Terms and Conditions are met.
  • Purchases with some merchants may take longer to track than others. Please allow up to 14 days before raising a support ticket if your bonus does not track immediately.
  1. To be eligible for the $2.50 cash back promotion, you must be a member of TopCashback.com. You must activate the offer by clicking the link above to activate the promotion, prior to making an eligible transaction. Activations will be reported back to TopCashback.
  2. You must make a purchase through TopCashback between February 12, 2021 and February 14, 2021 23:59 PT.
  3.   4. Your purchase amount should be $10 or more. This is the purchase amount reported back to TopCashback, some merchants may exclude tax & fees or shipping charges.
  5. You can earn a maximum of $2.50 bonus cash back.
  6. Tell-A-Friend and Sign Up bonuses will not count as one of your purchases towards the Cash Back Bonus.
  7. The Cash Back bonus will not count towards your friend’s Tell-a-Friend referral threshold.
  8. To qualify for the Cash Back bonus the original transaction must be eligible for cash back. Please review merchant terms and conditions prior to purchase to avoid declined or untracked cash back.
  9. Cash Back Bonus will be added on to your account as a separate cash back amount once the original transaction has tracked. Please allow 14 days for this to appear.
  10. If you cancel your order, the Cash Back Bonus will be removed.
  11. Only one TopCashback.com account per person is allowed.
  12. Cash Back Bonus may not automatically apply to purchases where a Missing Cash Back Claim needs to be lodged to get your purchase to track correctly. If this is the case and your claim is successful you will need to raise a support ticket to be awarded the bonus.
  13. TopCashback will not be held responsible for any technical failure or otherwise which prevents participation in this promotion.
  14. Our Verdict

I always activate these right away in case I end up doing some shopping via the portal.

Just bought something from TCB. I really hope it gets tracked. Its like a gamble each time I go thru TCB of whether they will track or not.

And I have filed a missing cash back form, from September and there is still no response.

TCB is not worth the frustration. No other topic gets more negative comments than TCB. Sure some may claim they’ve never had an issue and they’re probably right. But with so many bad reviews why give them any business? If a company has a 50% rating on eBay would any one consider them?
I always am willing to take a smaller payout from a more reliable site. This is my experience echoed by many others.

I know that there’s a huge problem with tracking and it doesn’t just happen with TCB. I’ve had 2 purchases not track on Rakuten. I believe that it really depends on the retailer and how fast they validate the cashback claims.

Be careful with TCB, folks. I believe they are wrong not paying out my remaining earned cashback. Even after they were satisfied with my provided proof of purchases & all, they still didn’t pay out. I further contacted asking them to pay out the remaining cb, but they still didn’t

Hope TCB will make it right to payout my earned cashback…

brandon on previous DoC’s posts, a gal or someone from TCB named Dominique, who usually went on here to offer assistance or resolution. It’s a matter of principle, right thing to do that TCB will payout instead of ignoring & keeping my earned cashback esp I did already provide proof of purchases & info as requested
