It looks like U.S. Bank has stopped accepting applications for the U.S. Bank Kroger cards. Currently when you click apply now you get the following error:

A technical issue on our end interrupted your application.
Reddit users have been told by frontline reps (1,2,3) that U.S. Bank is ending their relationship with Kroger and it’s no longer possible to apply. U.S. Bank & Kroger announced new rewards in November 2021 so this discontinuation would line up with a five year deal ending. It’s unclear if another card issuer will purchase the back book from U.S. Bank or if U.S. Bank will convert existing cardholders to a U.S. Bank branded product. For now existing cards will continue to work as normal. We have reached out to Kroger & U.S. Bank for comment.
