Yes it does work with Uber Eats. Just applied to our surprise when we ordered something this evening.

Both codes gave me the samepromtion. Two of ten. But that’s ok. I will likely use 20 rides. But still odd.
CAUTION: They apply in reverse order. So if you added the 5$ and then the 2$, you must exhaust 10 rides (2 off 10) before the 5 off two promo kicks in. Learn from my mistake, only add the 5 off two, and once you finish, add the other.
aw fuck. i added $5 first since i saw it first. then $2. but i guess its better to add now before its all gone. these things go too quickly.
