• Uber is offering something called ‘unhappy hour’. If you live in Boston or Los Angeles and your team loses the superbowl they will offer you free rides. You will be offered up to $50 in free Uber credits that can be used for the first hour after the game

The Fine Print

• Valid for up to $50 off of one (1) Uber trip which begins within the city that has lost the Big Game on 2/3/19.
• This offer is valid for new and existing Uber Rewards members only, whose primary city ID in their Uber account is either Boston, MA or Los Angeles, CA.
• Only UberX, XL, Uber Pool, and WAV are included.
• You must apply the promo code in the Payment section of the Uber app prior to requesting the ride to redeem the discount.
• Valid only for sixty (60) minutes following the end of the Big Game on 2/3/19.
• Cannot be combined with other offers.

Our Verdict

If your team loses then open the app and then click the ‘unhappy hour’ message at the bottom of the screen. This will give you a promo code to use. You’ll need to be an Uber rewards member to use this promo code. I’ll try to remember to repost this after the game with the promo code.
