Our Verdict
How useful this is will really depend on your individual offer and if flying United before March 11th makes any sense or not. Generally they try to structure these deals so you’ll book and fly more than you’d normally do.
I did this and didn’t receive any points. Called to ask about what was going on and the rep was unable to help and didn’t know what deal I was talking about
Has this posted for anyone? It’s been weeks since I completed and they can’t confirm that I did the required activities, and evidently there’s a new MilePlay promotion happening so you can’t look up your status on the original promotion…. I called United and they claim it takes 6-8weeks to process.
Got an offer of 29,000 miles for flying two segments by March 11. I did fly two united segments but didn’t get the miles. “Fine Print” – the segments had to be with different confirmation numbers.
