Really? Why is this worth a post in here? This is a older phone and with scratch and dents, Does it look like a attractive deal?

I see even better deal on amazon for the same used phone, or probably in a better condition. https://www.amazon.com/Google-Pixel-Memory-Unlocked-Clearly/dp/B07P8MQHSH?th=1

Security updates are planned to end for this phone sometime in October 2021. Next year, you’ll probably be on your own as far as security patches go.

Google and Qualcomm are thinking about extending security updates 1 more year to 4 years for most new phones from Google. Not sure if the Pixel 3 will be included.

Open source does magic. Tech companies should come forward supporting their devices longer to fosters green movement

I’m a new person here.

What is a “portal” that William Charles on the site suggests I use to save more money.

A portal refers to a website that gives generally cash sometimes reward points back when you navigate to another site from the portal, basically the selling website pays a commission which the portal then passes on the majority of to you. My go-to approach is to google along the lines of “woot cashback” and generally within the first couple of results are cashback monitor and cashbackholic which aggregate information about which portals are currently paying the best rate.

Could be useful for a Google Store / Google Fi trade-in

Is there a link to this deal? Went to the site and can’t find it. Maybe it’s dead?

I am, but if you’re not feel free to write a Google review bout it.

There are sometimes undesirable forced OS upgrades with some newer phones.

I’m still using Pixel 1 XL. I see no reason to upgrade

It’s kind of a continuum between better technology and keeping my money.

Still using 3 XL from ‘free’ deal, works well, should be getting Android 12 in the fall. Not a huge fan of the notch, but the overall ownership experience for the past 2+ years has been good.

I have had the Pixel 3 since day one and am still happy with it. I thought I would get the Pixel 5, but without a good deal ($50 at BF didn’t cut it).

Same here. I got my Pixel 3 with the travel credit match (Delta, SW, Airbnb, Hotels.com) and thought about getting the 5, but at this point I will wait for 5a or the 6. It is still doing well, battery goes more now but charges fast. Plus the “unlimited original quality photos) which will end soon then I will probably get a new one.

Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL: Free unlimited online original-quality storage for all photos and videos uploaded to Google Photos from Pixel 3 through 1/31/2022. Photos and videos uploaded before 1/31/2022 will remain free at original-quality. Requires Google Account. Data rates may apply. g.co/help/photostorage
