Our Verdict
Shame it excludes U.S. properties but this could still be useful for a lot of people.
I called diamond line to ask if Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia are included and was told they do not have a definition on what is considered Europe…
What is a participating hotel ? Any hotel in the mentioned regions or ??
This is actually more restrictive than it first appears as far as Asia is concerned. Only India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal are included.
(ii) after registering but by April 30, 2023, book three (3) nights (either consecutive or nonconsecutive) that meet the requirements of a Qualified Stay at any participating hotel in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh or Nepal on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay(s) by September 30, 2023 (the requirements set forth in this clause (ii), collectively, the “Qualifying Activity”).
Wtf is eurasia?
Eurasia is the largest continental area on Earth, comprising all of Europe and Asia.
That sounds made up, stop talking out of Uranus.
does it include nights booked with points? Already have some for June
No, only paid bookings.
Damn and was about to get 3 nights at Crete
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but why list both Europe and Eurasia? As opposed to just saying Europe and Asia, or just Eurasia alone.
I am guessing it is countries like Turkey Georgia Azerbaijan but I can be wrong. They are not middle east and some people consider them Europe while others consider them Aisa
So does that mean that Asia is not included in this promotion?
I think you’re right. However, Wikipedia states that Eurasia is “Eurasia is the largest continental area on Earth, comprising all of Europe and Asia”, so saying Eurasia false advertising since most of Asia is not actually eligible for this promotion.
Good way to incentivize Americans to travel outside and get their passport
Europe, … what’s Eurasia?
Small landmass somewhere east of Paris
In USSR, it’s OURAsia.
