A number of people on Slickdeals report getting a random discount coupon offer popping up on their eBay pages. Some even got more than one of these offers.

- Get $5 off $25
- Get $5 off $10
A couple people mentioned seeing these offers on the Exxon gift card deal or the Cabela’s gift card deal. From what I gather, this offer travels with you wherever you look and gives you a discount offer to entice you to make any purchase. Or it might be specifically for items purchased from SVM on eBay.

I saw at least five people on Slickdeals mention seeing a coupon offer of some sort today, though I didn’t get this offer personally. It might be a highly targeted offer, but I’ll guess it’s more widespread.

I keep on getting the below error when signing into PayPal on Ebay’s site. Does anyone have a solution?
“Something went wrong. Please try to check out again.”
After my first $1000 spent, paypal started pushing me through their site and requiring verification on every transaction today, then pushed me out with that message. Second time they locked my account until i changed the password, now it’s working and I was able to buy more but they still pushed me to the paypal site.
It appears the problem is with Ebay and not PayPal. I just tried a different browser and received that error message after clicking on “Proceed to Checkout”. Do you have any idea what I can do to overcome this?
Bout 5 $150 Best Buy GC – got $75 ebay bucks on it.
Didn’t get a code, but did get the 10% ebay bucks offer…. and I WAS ABLE TO USE EBAY GIFT CARDS TO PAY!
To clarify, I purchased 4 $150 Best Buy gift cards with a 10% ebay bucks offer, and paid with Ebay gift cards. The Best Buy gift cards just arrived. Looks like we’re clear to use Ebay gift cards to pay for gift cards.
Are you able to use the bonus codes to buy 3rd party gc online or in store? Do they work to buy normal Best Buy gc in store? Can they be combined in a order?
I used the codes ($50) + $2 on credit card on a cracker barrel GC and some other items. It was shipped yesterday.

Getting error 699 when getting to checkout.. Any ideas? I have already placed two gc orders this morning. Could that be affecting new purchases?
No $15 off $75, but I do have CMOTORS916 for $20 off $100 auto, hopefully it works like in the past with $20 auto and GC for the rest. Haven’t tried yet. 10% ebay bucks here too!
