Our Verdict

Nice discount if you can get it to work. This offer is not for signing up, rather for making your first Amazon Business account purchase after 48 hours of signing up and within 7 days of signing up. Some people are having success chatting for the discount if it doesn’t work automatically. There was a similar deal a couple of months ago for $150, you can  read the comments there for more discussion.

Note, if you add Amazon Business on a Prime account, you lose Prime on that account and get a prorated refund. So you’ll want to do this on a separate Amazon login than your standard.

Just saved $100 on a $270 Amazon Warehouse laptop. So cool. Thanks, DoC!

Still working! Just got it to work today. FYI pay attention to the 72 hour wait period. It did not work before that, then bingo.

I saw the registration period for this promo ends on 11/28. Is it still valid as 11/29?

I had received this offer over a week ago, went ahead and registered my business, was confirmed then it wouldn’t work on ANYTHING I tried to use it on–until today. Just tried it after seeing this post and was absolutely floored that it worked. $100 off a couple of high end SSD’s.

So Amazon is steering towards business customers. Hope that they aren’t diving too deep into this.
Sam’s Club closed a lot of stores in 2018 because they realized that business clients didn’t spend as much money in their stores than they had thought.
Oh well
