The Offer

Direct link to offer

  • Some existing Xfinity Customers are being offered the 400Mbps plan for $30 per month for one year. Must follow these instructions:
    • Log in to your Xfinity Account
    • Click on the “Change Plan” tab or button
    • Click “View All Offers” on the next screen
    • On the offers page, uncheck “TV” or any other services in the “Build Your Package” section (make sure only Internet is checked)
    • Select the 400 Mbps Internet Plan and add to cart
    • Prices will start from $30/month with a 1-Year Agreement
      • Note, price includes a $10/month discount for having automatic payments and paperless billing

Our Verdict

Standard pricing is $80 per month, so this is a significant discount.

Probably only available where there’s competition. Xfinity has monopoly in my neighborhood, and I’m seeing 50 mbps for $65. Sheesh

A few months back (maybe 6 at this point, don’t recall exactly), I had been switched to a month-to-month and threatened to cancel. They ended up coming up with $70/month for 1 GB (since increased to 1.2GB) with a 24 month contract. I’m very pleased with that offering and being locked into it for 2 years (saves me from having to calling in after year). For anyone that needs the higher speed (I’m permanent WFH and we have a lot connected to the internet), you could try calling in to get that pricing.

Thanks for the heads up! I was on the $45/month 100 plan and was able to switch to the 400 plan for $30/month.

I got a new terms and conditions changed email. If we decline the new terms and conditions can we get out of the 12 month contract?
