I got the cookie a few weeks ago but got the $25 Verizon care last night. The Cheryl’s site said the cookie would be delivered by 12/9 but it still hasn’t been received.

I’m wondering this too. I never see anything in the VZN app as a fits customer
Can’t even use the gift card, how does one use it? tried applying to balance but says I can’t apply more than $0 lol (I do autopay) and I tried to buy something but won’t let me either.
You can use the gift card as soon as your bill posts, but before the autopsy kicks in.
