Reader highsky also points out another code AMEX20 that might be better.

Our Verdict
Another promotion in the lead up to Prime Day. This only works if you haven’t used Prime Now before and you’re an Amazon Prime member. If you don’t have Prime there are a number of ways to get it for a discount currently:
- Low-income households can pay $5.99 per month
- Students can get six months free thanks to Sprint (our affiliate link)
- JetBlue is offering 3,000 miles
- Ibotta offering $20 Amazon gift card
- Topcashback is offering $15 cash back
- $79 for New Amazon Prime Member with Alexa
- 30 day free trial (our affiliate link)
Minimum spend requirement varies depending on who you’re purchasing from (Amazon is $20 AFAIK). You can also purchase gift cards as well. There are a huge volume of Amazon deals at the moment, we list them all here and also list ways to save money on all Amazon purchases. It’s a shame that most of them seem to be first time use only.
How to remove a promo code once applied on Amazon? I would like to replace 10PRIMEDAY with AMEX20 but it errors out saying “Gift card or promotion code entered cannot be applied. The order does not meet the gift card or promotional terms.”
You will need to select the AMEX card as a payment option and continue, which will remove the other payment options. It will then give you the option to enter a code and put in AMEX20. Just worked for me today.
how do you search for Prime Now eligible items?
Never mind, figured it out
I used PrimeNow when it first became available and offered another promo over a year ago. That means I can’t get the first or the second discount?
My understanding is that you’re not eligible for either discount now.
Just saw another promo code: AMEX20 for first time users as well
I think this one is better since it is a one-time deal
Any minimum spend requirement?
Your order must either (1) be at least $20 or (2) meet the minimum order amount in your delivery area, whichever is greater. Taxes, tips, and delivery fees do not apply when determining minimum order amount.

Let’s try that again. So I’m guessing tips are standard for delivery?
Hey Randy, I think Prime Now automatically adds a tip and you can then adjust that however you see fit (including making it zero). Workers receive their tips at the end of the week so they can’t be sure who tipped what. I’ve heard the workers don’t make much and it seems like hard work, so tip whatever you think is fair.
So I’m just in tips are standard for delivery?
So freaking complicated.
Not really, use once before the 13th and then again from the 13th to 31st
