Update 11/29/21: The promo codes are now coming through fine, as expected. They expire on January 16, 2022.
Update 11/28/21 from Chuck: I see in the fine print “Promo Credit is valid through and expires on November 5, 2021, 11:59 PM (PT)” which has already past. If you go through the checkout process, it clearly shows the promotion as being applied; I assume the promo credit expiration date is a error of update failure.
