Our Verdict
Previous best deal was 180k points or 130k + free night certificate. This is more points and less spend than the offer in October. There is a similar offer on the Surpass card but only 130,000 points. This offer is worth doing if you have a short/medium term need for the points or certificate, otherwise I’d wait as you never know when points will be devalued.
Got my bonus today and found a great use for the Hilton stay midweek before a trip. Glad I got this. Also helps that I stay 6-12 nights or so a year at a Hilton now for work though!

Opened a biz hilton card a 7 months ago/kept it open, applied again and got approved. Didn’t get instant number and was forced to sign up for a new amex account. Did anyone else experience the same problem?
Instant approval. No pop-up, but had one when I tried to apply through P2 referral. Already had card. received bonus, and closed account a few years ago. Sole proprietor, $5k monthly revenue, $1k spend.
Applied and approved, no-pop-up( last applied and approved from September 2018),, sole prop, 1k in spend, but there is now an Offer expires on 07/19/2023.
How long does it take to receive the physical card?

Got a pending review message after applying for the HHS business card. Called in for status, and automated voice said I was approved.
I had Hilton Biz a few years ago. DOC link worked for me and I just got SUB after completing the spend requirement.
Does anyone know if I can apply again before the deadline 7/19/23 for Hilton Biz using the same DOC link to get yet another Hilton Biz card and earn the third SUB? Has anyone tried?
I had the card few years ago, got bonus thru this link, then signed up again thru this link and was approved – so should be able to keep doing this as long as you don’t get over your 5 card max with Amex.

Worked for me. Closed card 2/22. Tried to refer from P2, no-go. Tried from the Hilton site directly, no-go. Pop-ups on both. Just tried with DOC link and it worked. Will see if I get the bonus. It will take me 3 months as I have spend to finish on two other cards.

You can get sign up bonus for both of the personal card and biz card. You can link to your existing Hilton account and got all Hilton points on the same pool. I linked all three personal Hilton cards (Hilton honors, surpass, and aspire) and Biz Hilton on the same account.

I guess add me to the DPs. I had the Biz card back in 2019. Cancelled at the year mark. I didn’t get the pop up and Amex LOVES to give me the pop-ups (I think they started when I cancelled this card, LOL). I currently have the Surpass (got in 2017), and Honors (got in 2022). I’ve also had the Aspire (got in 2018 and cancelled year later). I’m a sucker for the FNC!
Must have been sleeping and missed the news about the massive devaluation. Recently completed a 5 day stay for 70k a night in Jamaica (280k total) but now I am trying to re-book the same stay for next year and over a 6 month period there is only 2 days that have standard room rates for 100k. All others are now premium room rate <– what a joke – can't use 5th night free even after a near 43% point increase.

Hilton points are often tied to the cash price, so they go up and down, it’s not necessarily a devaluation.
Application went pending after opening Hilton Biz in 7/22. No pop-up. Used DOC non-referral link.
Received a call from AMEX the next day to verify my identity. My street name recently changed so my address was mismatched with my old cards. No mention of already having the card. Only identity verification. Smooth, easy process.
Does Amex still have 5 credit cards limit?
Yes. And cancelled cards may not show in their system for 30+ days. I was denied but approved upon recon when they saw closed card to get back to 4

Is the free night from the (150k points + free night) given after hitting the $4000k spend limit or is it given after $15,000 in purchases only? And is there any point limit to the free night?
Given once you hit $4k spend. You can earn another FNC if you spend $15k within the year.

Good grief! You need to show your Priority Pass card and boarding pass upon entering a lounge. The primary cardholders name must match.
Billy Bob doesn’t care about that. Just wants some bloke on eBay to buy the PP pass at top dollar, use it or fail to use it, and then forget to file a chargeback and leave negative feedback on ebay.
I believe the 180K offer is still around. It’s a tiered bonus: 130K with $2k spend over 3 months; remaining 50K unlocks with additional $8k spend over 6 months (total of $10k spend).
If you’re going for the full bonus, you’re already 2/3 of the way to spending towards a FNC, so may as well put another $5k spend on the card.

Worth applying bc amex will tell you if you don’t qualify when you submit the app without a credit pull. Both p2 and I have repeated this card in less than what most consider normal. 2yr for P2 and 4 for me.

Fantastic deal IMO. Almost 3 nights at a top Hotel.
Maybe 2 nights at a top hotel. The really nice Hilton hotels go for 100k – 200k points per night.
The 4 star Hilton hotels are usually around 70k.
The inns and 3 stars are usually around 30- 50k.

No, that hasn’t been the case for awhile now. They’ve been increasing caps since international travel started to open back up again. Cap is up to 150K. You only really see this at the WA Maldives. More commonly you’ll see 120K for the really popular ones that get pushed around a lot like the Conrad Bora Bora. Factoring in the points from spend outside the bonus and the FNC, I wouldn’t expect more than 2-3 nights at a top level property from this SUB
Go try to book a room on points at The Biltmore Mayfair, LXR Hotels & Resorts in London and see how valuable your points aren’t.
Congrats, you found ONE hotel with no standard availability. I can cherry pick too and use my most recent 1.2CPP booking to say Hilton points are the most valuable hotel currency, so what’s your point?
Just checked Conrad Bora Bora and some nights are 500-600k points per night. I didn’t realize it went that high.
That’s because you’re seeing Premium Room prices. Standard prices are the ones that have a cap and usually have limited availability at top properties. I was able to book a week stay at that property a couple months ago. The Standard price was 120K
