These cards usually offer just $100/10k-point bonus and the above offers are really unique. They first appeared two months ago and they’re showing again after a short break.

You can get these offers to show by going to the above link (or directly on the Amex website) in a non-cookied browsing session, such as incognito. If you are in your regular browser which you use for your Amex login, it won’t show. Most people are having success getting this offer in Safari private browsing after a few attempts.

Card Details

AmEx EveryDay

This card will earn a 20% bonus if you use the card 20 times or more per month. Below we’ve listed the rewards with this added and without:

  • U.S supermarket purchases: 2 points per $1 spent (2.4 points per $1 spent with the bonus added)
  • All other purchases: 1 point per $1 spent (1.2 points per $1 spent with the bonus added)
  • No annual fee

Blue Cash Everday

  • U.S supermarket purchases: 3% back on the first $6,000 per year in purchases (then 1%)
  • U.S gas station purchases and select department stores: 2% cash back
  • All other purchases: 1% cash back
  • No annual fee

Our Verdict

These are really awesome offers for the Everyday cards! If you’re on the fence for one of these now is the time.

It’s also still possible to get the Blue Cash Preferred with a $250 signup bonus and the Everyday Preferred with a 30,000 point bonus using the  incognito method described in this post.

Other things to keep in mind about Amex:

Is it the blue cash preferred? Or everyday? The preferred is different I think.

If you’re going to grab one, see I’d you can get the Green and Gold 25k bonuses as well, since they’ll all combine.

Chuck – you have the Blue Cash Preferred card listed as having no annual fee when in reality the annual fee is $75.

You are thinking about the other blue cash preferred which saves you 6% at the supermarket 3% at gas stations and department stores and 1% everywhere else

wife was declined for the everyday card due to the reason that she is an AU on my everyday acct. wife explained to the reconsideration / new acct. rep. that her preference to have her own or to be a primary holder and currently a primary holder of only the blue cash as a credit card, a PRG as a charge card, and SPG as a co-branded one. However, rep. said the system still won’t approve even if the rep. resubmitted the application; needed to wait 30 days to reapply. To me, sounded that Amex. takes the AU status into the consideration to decide if a similar brand card can be approved. I just went ahead and removed wife as an AU.

wife will call tomorrow to see if getting a different answer

Any way to get this as a referral offer? I see the offer for myself in incognito, but can I refer a friend to the same offer? When I try it shows the 10k offer 🙁

I can’t seem to get it? I opened a new incognito window in Chrome, and copied the offer multiple times, still seeing $100 for EDC.

I got the $250 offer and successfully opened a new Blue Cash Everyday today. However, after I got the $250 offer I couldn’t get it to show up again. I guess I got lucky.
