Our Verdict
This one seems to be highly targeted and only showing on a small number of Amex card, possibly based on those who live near a Chevron/Texaco location or other factors.
If the gas prices there are decent, 10% off is good, especially if you get the offer on a card that already earns bonus points at a gas station, like the Blue Cash cards.
