Our Verdict
Pretty nice deal. Just keep in mind you won’t be able to use Sapphire Reserve PYB if you pay with Amex. Terms don’t discuss gift cards, but I assume it won’t work since it redirects to a different site when purchasing gift cards on airbnb.com.
You can pay now before the offer expires to lock in the deal. Assuming you are completing your stay before the offer expiration Frequentmiler has a cool tip to pay 50% upfront and switch the other 50% afterward to a different card, thus allowing you to trigger the offer credit on two separate Amex  cards if you have that.
