Check your AmEx Offers for one or both of the following offers:
- Get a $5 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend a minimum of $75/$125 in one or more transactions to pay your cell phone bill directly with a US wireless telephone service provider by 6/10/2022. Limit of 4 statement credits (total of $20).
Our Verdict
Some people offers require $75 in spend and others require $125 in spend. A lot of people will prefer to earn 5x Chase UR if they have a card that earns at a high rate on these purchases.

$75 on BCP. I assume this will work on Verizon FiOS as well, since historically we’ve been able to get this and the cable offer when making a FiOS payment. Will hold out and see if the other offer also shows up since it’s good until June
Got $5 off $75 on my AmEx EveryDay but I cannot take advantage of this offer as Tello does not allow pre-payments. I have to pay the exact amount of each monthly bill every month. My monthly bill is $9.39 so I can only pay $9.39 each month; I cannot pay more than that at a time.
I don’t know if Mint Mobile allows splitting up payments. For instance, if I renew the 12-month plan ($120+), can I pay $75 on the AmEx EveryDay and the remainder ($45+) on my US Bank Cash+, which earns 5%?

Targeted for $75 offer on Gold but not Plat, which sucks a little because Amex offers cell phone insurance if you pay your entire bill with Plat. Guess I’ll wait a few days and see if it shows up on Plat … likely?
I’m in the same boat as you. Gonna wait and see if it pops up later on. If not I will pass, I value the cell phone protection more.
Targeted for the $125 offer on my Platinum, but not interested given better earn rate on CIC. The $75 offer would have been a go for me.
I would rather keep my 75.00 auto payment with USBank cash+ 5% back or 3.75 back. Not worth the hassle for 5.00 back.
