Our Verdict
Normally when you transfer Delta miles from one account to another you are charged a fee of $30 + 1¢ per point. So this means you can transfer up to 30,000 miles for free. This is for transfers from one Delta account to another, not transfers from American Express points. Accounts need to be open for at least ten days and have earned at least one mile since opening to be eligible.
