Our Verdict
Saw the same deal earlier in the year. This works on any Happy gift card available and they each work at a variety of retailers.
Just saw Happy Just Because available in my safeway and that one has Lowe’s. I went to happygiftcards.com to find it for this offer, and it’s online redemption only. WTF
Bought $100 lowes happy card. About half he later. I logged in was able to redeem. I noticed there was a happy GC number and pin associated with it
Was brought to Blackhawk site to then select between any retailer associated with the card and enter amount of the total to redeem. I choose to use all on lowes
After redemption I received a department store lowes GC.
I hadn’t tried to use happy GC at the retailers to buy other cards but I assume this process they run won’t work unless you don’t redeem the card and somehow get the happy card number and pin to work at the store terminal.
19 digit happy GC number 10 digit pin. Does anyone know if that’s the standard length. I thought normal it’s 16 digits like a credit card.

Many of the cards say “online redemption required” which means that they are egift cards that you have to exchange for store-specific egift cards, hence you can’t use them to buy third party gift cards. This includes the Lowe’s cards (Happy to say thanks and Happy just because).
can you buy gift card at Macy’s Lowes etc using these Happy Card?
Has anyone received their gift card yet? I contacted customer service through email about where my gift card was and they told me that I would receive an egift card as well as a card shipped by mail. I also didn’t receive a gift card confirmation email. What was concerning was that they said they would resend the gift card confirmation on file, which was not the email I used when placing my order. Not very comforting considering that my email, address, and other personal identifying information has been sent to an email that I am not associated with,
Did you have a resolution to this? I ordered on 10/14 and yet to receive any emails, mail, etc. as of 11/23. Finally contacted them today but don’t really have much information besides a $100 cleared charge and cannot find anything at all in my email.
It coded as BLACKHAWK NETWORK GIFTCARDS and did not get offer redemption confirmation yet. Will it trigger the offer?
Yes this was the case for me and I still got the credit. I haven’t received an email confirmation yet and the charge posted on my card so not sure how I feel about this…
Some of the cards say “Online Redemption Required” (i.e. for Lowes), does it mean can’t use the Happy GC on walk-in store purchases?
It looks like you have to pick one of those merchants and they send you an egift card directly, just for them. So for Lowe’s, you pick how much of your gift card you want to Lowe’s, and they email you a Lowe’s eGift card to use in-store or online, as opposed to using the physical Happy card at checkout.
No more Lowe’s or Home Depot makes me not happy.
There are 2 happy cards with Lowe’s, happy just because and happy for the thanks. And it also has BJs restaurant

Looks like the Lowe’s cards are for online use only.
That’s not how I read it. You get an ecard that your can exchange for a Lowe’s ecard, which you can use in store.
What happened to the Happy Guy card? That was the only card that made me a Happy Guy! 🙂
