Capital One has announced a new partnership with Uber. The benefits are as follows:
- Savor, SavorOne, SavorOne Student, and Quicksilver Student receive 24 months of Uber One membership and 10% back on Uber and Uber Eats purchases
- Quicksilver, QuicksilverOne, and Quicksilver Secured get 6 months of Uber One membership
You must select the Capital One card as your payment method to receive the Uber One credit.

Statements cut Jan 8, Feb 5, March 16. No credit at all. I should have at least received credits for the 1/2 and 2/2 charges as those would be “within 1-2 billing cycles”.

Same with mine, I just called the C1 rep is clueless and tried to brush me off by saying go contact Uber for the credit. I asked for a supervisor and filed a case.

If I don’t get a credit by month 3 I’m cancelling Uber One. I don’t even use it frequently enough to justify this long wait for the statement credit reimbursement.

I just wanted to provide a DP on this. The Uber app is buggy (both iOS and Android) where it will always tell you that your Uber One payment will use Uber Cash (after you exit the app after you make the change to not use Uber Cash). I can confirm that I was charged on my credit card for Uber One and my Uber Cash was not touched.
I was on the other hand charged on my uber cash, not the credit card… And CS cannot help refund/recharge
