Our Verdict
Anybody can join Chartway if you make a $10 donaiton to the We Promise Foundation, membership is also free to some areas. That being said the card is really not that exciting as the points are worth 1¢ each. A $200 bonus isn’t terrible, but the spend requirement of $2,000 is bad for such a bonus. There are better cash sign up bonuses out there.
