Chase Mistakenly Sets Payment Due Date For Cardholders As 8/27 – Now Past Due

There are reports of a widespread issue at Chase with people stating it shows their credit card payment is late when it’s not. For whatever reason it seems that some customers have had their payment date set as August 27th and are now showing as past due. Chase customer service representatives have confirmed this issue and stated that they are working on fixing it, but provided no timeline on when it will be fixed.
