Got $100 worth of points on $400 hotel booking booked by January 31.
When using the link above, it says I am already enrolled in the offer though I don’t know what the offer is. It won’t show me and I can’t figure out when logging into my online account.
Offer on CSP and CFF, book by 1/31:
Up to 20,000 Bonus Points Total Through Chase Travel: With this bonus offer, eligible cardmembers who have not purchased travel through Ultimate Rewards/Chase Travel since 08/15/22 and who activate this offer can then earn either 20,000 bonus points when they purchase a hotel stay through Chase Travel totaling at least $500 or 10,000 bonus points when they purchase other travel through Chase Travel totaling at least $500. Other travel includes flights, car rentals, cruises, activities, and tours and must total at least $500 in a single transaction. Purchases must be made by 01/31/25 11:59 PM ET with the same eligible card used to activate and travel must be completed by 08/31/25
I got this offer, but have definitely purchased travel through chase travel since 8/15/22. Wonder if I would still get the points?

Nothing on CFU, CFF, or CIC (assuming the “The offer you are attempting to access is not available for the card account you entered. If you have another account, please try signing in using that card’s information.” message is nothing, but this is my first time using this so wasn’t sure.
I can confirm this offer is only available on Instacart Mastercard! I have recieved this offer on Instacart mastercard, and all it does is add an addtional 2 percent on the first 200, 3 percent of between 201 to 500, 4 percent between 501 and a 1000, and 5 percent between 1000 up to 5000 in spend. Also the offer applies to in person charges! (Card swipe, Chip read, mobile tap & card tap ONLY! NO ONLINE 🙁 )
Does anyone know how to find out what the offer is for when it says you are already enrolled? It does not show up on the Just for you link
5x grocery, gas, restaurants on both Hyatt personal and Aeroplan cards. Shame it’s only $1k max spend as this makes Aeroplan effectively 8X.
tried the link on my CSP and it says i already signed up for it which i definitely don’t remember doing…is there any way to confirm it’s in your account?
No way to verify this afaik. I have been in a similar situation as you few times in the past.
It has remained a mystery why Chase has kept the tracking for this particular type of offers so badly managed. For all other types of offers they have some sort of tracking.
