Choice Hotels To Acquire Radisson Americas For $675 Million

Choice Hotels has announced that it will acquire Radisson Americas for $675 million. Radisson spun off the U.S. program in June 2021 and at the time it was unclear why this was done. In total this will add 624 hotels and over 68,000 hotel rooms to the Choice Hotels program. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2022.
