Anybody gets an error when checking the balance of Kroger GC?
I have this card temporarily because they don’t let you product change directly from Double Cash to Custom Cash. But the website for these deals is really awful. I tried to add a free gift card two weeks ago but couldn’t complete checkout for some reason, now when I try to log in I just get caught it a loop. Support ticket has not been any use.
Try clearing cookies from citieasydeals.com and citi.com.

Yes, I read the post. And still wanted to comment that. Others have commented about DC card too. Tone down your condescending toxicity.
15 days have elapsed so gift cards can be ordered again. The only ones remaining are

Just had a weird conversation w a rep. I asked if my DC could be converted to one of these cards. He said that right now, no one can convert to or from DC.
He then tried to convince me that the deals weren’t that great and that I’d get more through cashback (which is untrue since I don’t use the card). He mentioned that the deals are only about 10% off and I told him that I heard about the 50% off deals, so that’s why I wanted to convert. He then asks what site or email I got the info from bc he’d pass it on to his mgr and let them know that there’s info about 50% off. LOL. Are Easy Deals mbrs sworn to secrecy or something? LOL. I told him that I’d rather not say and he’s like, “Oh, it’s secret?” I told him, “You guys should know about the deals already, right?”
IDK. That annoyed me. Their marketing team does snoop sites, so you may get some lurkers here.
It’s not surprising that Citi reps don’t know about their own stuff—I’ve encountered that in other situations—but it’s still amusing and annoying nonetheless.
