Our Verdict
ENT has offered a $500 bonus in the past, but that was in branch only and $200 of that was really a savings bonus. This $200 bonus is significantly less, but it’s also much easier to meet the requirements for. Given how easy the requirements are to meet, we will add this to our best bank bonus page.

Just want to mention, previous iterations of this bonus seemed to be new members only, whereas this says existing members without a checking account so if you had a loan or savings you would still be eligible?
Tried with my wife and I two separate times. Not worth the effort. They don’t send debit cards when they should, terrible interface online, etc. You have to put a lot of effort into this one and I don’t think it’s worth the hassle.
Unable to attach the promo code. Anyone else seeing this?

Other than that, contact the CU.

2.21.2025 – Opened checking and savings account online.
2.21.2025 – Funded savings account at opening with $105 using Chase Marriott credit card which processed as a purchase, not cash advance.
2.21.2025 – Transferred $100 from Savings to Checking to meet the $100 deposit requirement.
3.1.2025 – received debit card in mail. Confirmed receipt in the mobile app.
3.3.2025 – $200 bonus deposited to Savings Account as “Promo Reward”
Confirming that this worked. Don’t forget the fine print of adding $5 to your savings account in addition to the $100 in checking. Getting the debit card took a while, but once activated the bonus was added the next day.
Quick DP – opened account in branch on 2/12, $200 bonus posted to the savings account (required for opening checking account) the next day.
I was able to fund $500 with US Bank Biz Triple Cash. Initially looked like a CA, but changed to purchase when the posting finalized 2 days later.
Update: $200 bonus posted to savings account the day after I activated the debit card.
Looks like funding with CC is allowed!
It looks like there is now a second offer code…seems to be the same terms/bonus as the ROCKON code…just a different code: 19CHCK
Seems a bit silly to have two offers with the same terms and expiration…but, whatever!
