Update 5/9/23: Deal is back, requires $55 in spend and it’s for new AT&T fiber customers but not sure if that is enforced. There’s also an Amex Offer for Fiber as well.
Update 6/17/22: one reader suggests that making a payment while not logged in might track better to trigger this offer than a payment made when logged in. It also seems that some cards are working while others are not, search the comments for data points on a given card.

Our Verdict
It’s not clear in the terms what “purchases” are included in this offer, but it sounds like a bill payment would count. There’s no mention of the need to be a new Fiber customer, so this would then be basically a free $60 for Fiber customers to click through Dosh and use a Dosh-connected card. Hopefully it tracks.

Got a Dosh surprise today! $65 cash back. Didn’t do anything, my directv bill paid on my normal Dosh connected ventureX card triggered it!
I created a support ticket today. Provided screenshot of payment history on ATT along with payment confirmation from email. I paid ATT with US Bank biz card along with Amex biz plat both not logging into ATT. I received the $65 and case was closed same day.

Update: customer service is awesome .. quickly responded with necessary info they needed to credit account and resolved the ticket .. BTW .. they noticed AT&T a/c was with P2’s name (from payment email) and credited P2s account instead of P1..
I am having trouble after contacting the cs. They found that I used the same device to log on both P1 and P2’s account and asked me close one account before they can look further.
Submitted missing cash back form. Will report back. Wonder what the hold up is to almost everyone having neg data points….
UPDATE – Dosh requested some screenshots showing account info and what not – after I sent those, they responded with depositing the $65. I’ll try same for P2 next week (not as confident since the ATT account is in my name).

Existing account. And yes, couple hundred in credit due to 2 dosh deals between P1 and P2 and P2 amex offer.

Screw it – I’ll be the data point we all want to see. Going to submit missing cash back form. Will report back the outcome…. EDIT – J/K apparently you need to wait 7 days from transaction date to submit. Patience is never my strong suit with stuff like this.

I used amex paid 55.1, did not get any confirmation.
I used Wyndham earner + (which immediately tracked last round) without signing in at $56 last night and nothing. Figure by end of week, I’ll submit a missing cash back form to chase it down (which I don’t want to do to avoid eyes since I’m an existing fiber customer). Looking for a method with a positive data point as I am trying to find the sure fire way for P2.
Has anyone get Amex offer on Business Fiber but paid Consumer Fiber and got the credit?
yes. got it working without logging in payment. I was actually not able to get credit for Consumer Fiber Amex Offer by doing the same. Maybe it will come later, but didnt get instant email.
Also, linked both amex offer cards to Dosh along with sep payment with US Bank Biz Card for Dosh of which all 3 payments didnt track on Dosh.
If I log out Dosh, the ATT offer shows up. After I log in, it disappears. Is this targeted?
interesting, I used AMEX for the AT&T fiber deal earlier this week and the same card is DOSH connected, so automatically it tracked my last transaction and is showing $65 pending. I did not log in or activate anything. Let’s see if it gets posted.

How long after the purchase did it show up as pending in your dosh account? I remember using a Wyndham card last time immediately tracked, yet this time around, I just did it, and I am seeing nothing.

I used Amex w/o logging in and paid $56.10 but nothing so far. I’ll wait for a week and see how it goes..
