The Fine Print
- Offer valid 8/1/2025 through 10/31/2025.
- To be eligible, you or any owner(s) on your new Green Tree Checking account cannot have an existing South Central Bank personal checking account.
- To receive the $200 bonus, you must open a personal Green Tree Checking account at the Franklin, KY location.
- You must set up and receive total qualifying direct deposits of $2,000 or more within 90 days from account opening.
- A qualifying direct deposit is defined as a recurring direct deposit of a paycheck, pension, Social Security or other regular income electronically deposited by an employer, government agency or other similar third-party organization.
- Credit card cash advance transfers, wire transfers, person-to-person transfers, transfers from another account, or deposits made at a branch, ATM, mobile device or through the mail are not qualifying direct deposit(s).
- The account must remain open to receive the bonus and maintain a positive balance without any insufficient fund activity for 90 days.
- The bonus will be credited to your Green Tree Checking account within 14 days of meeting these requirements.
- All bank account bonuses are treated as income/interest and as such you have to pay taxes on them
