A note on the Axos ONE $300 reward promotion
We’ve seen the reports in this thread from members whose Axos ONE reward status shows as “Not Eligible,” and we want to address this directly rather than only through individual replies.
On the terms change: the promotion’s terms were updated on March 21. For members who applied on or before March 20 under the original terms, we’re honoring eligibility based on the terms in place at the time you applied. If you applied during that window, opened a new Axos ONE account, and deposited $5,000 or more, and you’re currently showing “Not Eligible,” that’s not the intended outcome — we’re correcting it. If you’ve already reached out about this, you’re in the queue and don’t need to contact us again; if you haven’t, please email [email protected] with the email address used for the offer, your Axos account confirmation, and your $5,000+ deposit confirmation, and we’ll start a manual review. With our current support queue, please expect 3-5 business days for a reply.
On the dispute link in the dashboard (“Chat to our team”) — several of you found that it doesn’t work. It’s still broken while we fix it, so please don’t rely on it for now; the email above reaches us the same way.
On the delay itself: many of these accounts require manual verification directly with Axos before we can confirm eligibility, which is why status checks have been sitting on “Validating” or “Not Eligible” longer than they should. That backlog is on us to clear, not something we should be asking you to wait out silently. We’re adding resources to work through it faster and to give clearer status updates going forward instead of leaving accounts in limbo.
We know this has taken too long and looked worse than a processing delay because of the broken link, and that’s a fair criticism. We’ll post an update here once the backlog is cleared.

Update 3/21/26: New terms added:
New Customer means any individual or entity who does not currently hold an active account with Axos Bank and has not been a primary or joint owner of any Axos Bank account within the 36 months (3 years) immediately preceding the date of application. Accounts closed with a negative balance or due to bank-initiated termination within the last 3 years also disqualify an applicant from being considered a new customer.”
Before, there was no obligation to hold the deposit, now –
“Promotion Period – beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2026 and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Monday, May 18, 2026
Eligibility Date – Thursday, June 18, 2026
Fulfillment Date – Friday, July 17, 2026
You must maintain a minimum daily balance of $5,000 USD and keep your Axos ONE Bank account open and in good standing until the Fulfillment Date

I don’t see anything saying that this needs to be your first AXOS account so as long as you get approved the bonus should post Actually says ‘
- A new account is one opened by a customer who hasn’t previously held an Axos Bank account. You must apply for the account via the Finder.com promotional link during the Promotion Period.’

Finder seems to be offering more and more good deals like this lately. Doesn’t seem to be any hold period for the $5,000 so a very easy bonus if you have those liquid funds. Will add to our best bank account bonuses.
