Our Verdict
This is being sent out via email to cardholders; the working sounds like it will work for any cardholder, even if someone did not get the email, but there is a chance it’s targeted.
I imagine some people have a Suntrust debit card to register and a few may have a Suntrust credit card. Should be worth a minute of time to add your Suntrust card and hope that the credit comes through.
