The Fine Print

• To receive the $100 bonus, you must open an LS Plus or LS Ultimate checking account with debit card by 11/30/2019, establish a direct deposit into the account within 60-days from the day the account was opened and enroll in each of the following free account services: Online Banking with electronic account statement, Mobiliti mobile banking service and Notifi alerts service.
• Your direct deposit must be a new, recurring electronic deposit of your paycheck, pension, or government benefit (such as Social Security) from your employer or the government.
• Bonus will be credited to the account within 60 days of activating a direct deposit, as long as the account is in good standing.
• Bonus is limited to one account per customer regardless of the number of accounts opened, titling of the account, and number of direct deposit arrangements established.
• Limited-time offer and may change at any time.
• Bonus is not available to customers who have already received a bonus in connection with any prior promotions in the last 12-months.
• The bonus is reportable for tax purposes. Mobiliti and Notifi require internet and/or data access through a mobile device or computer.
• Early account closure fee applies to accounts closed within first six months. ]

Monthly Fees

LS Ultimate is the only eligible account that can have the monthly fee waived. The fee is $8 and is waived if you have a $1,000 average minimum balance

Early Account Termination Fee

Account needs to be kept open for six months, otherwise a fee of $25 will be charged

Our Verdict

Not a bad bonus considering it’s a soft pull, although fair from being a great bonus. I’ll still add this to the  best bank bonus page, but it’ll be down the bottom.
