I had the coupon loaded and bought the $500 Mastercard, but it did not give the $10 coupon credit even though the manager standing right there told me it did show the credit. I ended up being stuck calling Meijer, and they told me to call back tomorrow. If I end up wasting a ton of my time for $10 I will be pissed and start demanding more than $10.
I have to wait until it shows on the screen so I could select, do you want to use $10 off. I won’t insert my credit card until it does. Do you still have the coupon on your account?
I had that happen once and went directly to customer service and they gave me the $10 but they have done a bunch of updates since that happened. From my experience with Meijer corporate customer service, they apologize and say to go to the customer service desk.

The manager told me the $10 off was being applied while I was at the checkout counter. I did not mess up and had no idea about having to accept the coupon on the screen since I pretty much never shop there. Anyway, I called Meijer today and I was not stuck on hold and spoke to a friendly person!! They gave me a $10 courtesy credit, and left the unused coupon in my mperks account. Now I’m starting to like Meijer after disliking them for the past 10 years. Note: I went to a regular checkout because my Meijer will not let you buy GC’s at SCO.
Picked up a $500 this morning at my local store, thanks for posting. Only wish CSR still had 5x at grocery store, but can’t have everything.
