• Wings Credit Union is offering a $300 bonus when you open a new checking account and complete the following requirements:

  • Enroll in digital banking & eStatements
  • Establish recurring qualified payroll direct deposit(s) totaling $3,000 or more
  • Complete 15 or more net PIN or signature-based debit card or credit card purchases of $25 or more each

The Fine Print

• One offer per person. Must be 18 years or older.
• Membership with a Share Savings Account and $5 minimum opening deposit required; must be opened at the same time as checking account.
• Membership must be opened between 7/1/25-8/31/25.
•  Share Savings Account must be funded within 30 days of account opening.
• Applicants must live in a Wings Credit Union service area limited to eligible counties† in Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota or Wisconsin to qualify for promotion.
•  Online applicants must use promo code “Summer25” at account opening. Promo code is applied to checking account within online application.
• New members and new recipients only: (a) Cannot have been a previous member (owner of a Primary Share account) of Wings Credit Union within 12 months of promotional account application. (b) Cannot have previously received a new account bonus.
• Account must be in good standing (positive balance for the last 30 days).
• Not applicable to business accounts or accounts established for estates, benefits, trusts or in a fiduciary capacity.
• Establish recurring qualified payroll direct deposit(s) totaling $3,000 or more to earn the $300 bonus. Note: Direct deposit must also be active on the bonus payout date. “Qualified direct deposit” is an Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) automatic and electronic deposit of your salary, pension, Social Security or other regular income into your Wings account, deposited as a Pre-arranged Payment and Deposit (“PPD”) entry. Income earned through self-employment or working an IRS-classified “Gig Economy” job does not qualify as a qualified direct deposit. Other electronic deposits or person-to-person payments are not considered a qualified direct deposit.
•  Enroll in Wings digital banking.
• Enroll in eDocuments. Note: Enrollment in eDocuments must also be active on the bonus payout date.
• Complete 15 or more net PIN or signature-based debit card or credit card purchases of $25 or more each. Note: Electronic transfers such as person-to-person payments via digital payment platforms or mobile payment apps are not considered as qualified debit card or credit card purchases.
• All bank account bonuses are treated as income/interest and as such you have to pay taxes on them

Not as good as the recent $400 bonus. Unfortunately it’s not available nationwide any longer.
