The Fine Print

- First time registration of your Debit Mastercard® in uChoose Rewards® must be completed by April 30, 2026 to receive welcome points offer.
- A Debit Mastercard® purchase must be made after enrollment and post to your account before April 30, 2026 to earn first qualifying purchase bonus.
- Valid only for those not currently enrolled in uChoose Rewards®. Customer can earn 10,500 promotional points maximum.
- Please allow up to one week for points to appear in the account.
- To earn the 500 bonus points on the first eligible transaction, the Debit Mastercard® must be used as a “credit” or “signature” transaction. HSA accounts are not eligible.
Our Verdict
