I had mine scheduled for 2:30 at my office in Manhattan. It’s cancelled around 12:30, fair enough. At 6, after I’ve left, they say it’s coming at 6:45, but I can’t track it. It ended up arriving at 6:25 and I had to frantically run back to my office to collect the stupid thing. Lucky I was still in the area I guess.

Lmao they cancelled my order today. I got a call saying there was a “transmission issue at the restaurant.” I think we all know they just didn’t want to fulfill all these free orders. When will these brands get it together and understand what they are signing up for when they release these promos??

The way they handled this is strange. I did eventually end up getting it, so maybe there actually was some issue upstream. I got the call as I stated above and then 5 hours later a random email from Grubhub saying my redelivered order would arrive in in about an hour. As I said, it all worked out and am happy.

The only available delivery times I see are outside out of the 12-8 PM window. This promo also started at 9 AM this morning, so it might already be dead by now.

Says gratuity included on the product page, so maybe no need to tip separately? Unclear. Might mean for the distributor and not the delivery person?
