We saw a similar deal for CVS and that hit the maximum redemption quickly, so don’t count on this lasting until November. You should be able to do it on Venmo & PayPal as well (e.g twice).

Fyi…an additional stacking opportunity. The Payce app offers 5% cash back at Panda Express. I didn’t see a way to directly link PayPal…however…I was able to link my PayPal debit card. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄!!! Jesus is the real reason for the season!!

Tried using this with PayPal. Before I ordered, I asked the employees if they took PayPal/Venmo and they said that they had no idea what that meant (I’m sure the store was outfitted to, but whatever). Went to another PE and charged $10.12. A week passed and I opened a support ticket. The next day I received $10 from PayPal, but then a week later I got an email saying that my claim was rejected because I had not made the purchase. Weirdos.
$10.12 with taxes or without taxes? They might just define the purchase as “before taxes”.
The problem was that you asked. You are suppose to just use the scanner to pay using Paypal/Venmo.

this offer has no specific relation to the venmo or PayPal cards, you can use it with any payment method on the account. you hit “show to pay” exactly like you said

I got this deal with Venmo like two months ago. I wonder if i can take advantage of it with PayPal.
Side note, PayPal sent me a deal where if I sign up for Venmo, I’d get $10 in cash back. I already have Venmo but I thought why not click through it and see what it does. I click through the link, entered my email etc… and sure enough, PayPal said I already had a Venmo account with the email address I entered so I thought I’d be SOL. But 5 days later, PayPal gave me the $10.
My reason for the story is while both are owned by the same company, I don’t think their systems are talking to each other to prevent users of both apps from taking advantage of shared marketing promotions.

I did have to update app – the QR code failed to work till I updated the app.
Looks like PayPal posts rewards instantly, if not, reach out to support.
For Venmo, it can take up to 4 days to post rewards, if it still doesn’t award, reach out to Venmo’s ‘Purchase Support Team’.

It should have been instant and automatic. Make sure that your purchase was over $10. If it was, then it was probably just a random glitch that the cashback didn’t credit. Send them a message online during business hours, I did this and they gave me a $10 wallet credit to use on my next PayPal purchase.
