I know that someone brought up about a class against Marriott because of resort fees – one of the things that the resort fee covers”WI-FI” which is kinda of silly because of one of the enticements to sign up for basic bonvoy account:
“Join Marriott Bonvoy during your booking to enjoy free Wi-Fi at 6,500+ participating hotels”
So apparently Marriott has a huge disconnect
